What is Integral?
Integral is the platform MeteorIT deploys when a diagnosis calls for one. It answers plain-language questions using your connected systems and returns answers with source citations, runs automated workflows that show you a draft and ask for confirmation before executing, generates scheduled reports, and enforces role-based access control across everything it touches.
How is Integral different from ChatGPT or another general assistant?
Public models see the internet. They do not see your contracts, your price lists, your tickets, or your internal procedures. Integral is connected to your actual data and cites its sources, so an answer can be checked rather than trusted.
Does our business data get copied onto MeteorIT infrastructure?
No. Integral queries your data in place. It does not copy, aggregate, or store your business data on MeteorIT infrastructure. For systems that cannot or should not be internet-exposed, an on-premises agent handles the connection so the data never leaves your network.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Permissions are granular down to the individual user and data source, by role, user and department. Finance sees finance data, support sees support data, and nothing bleeds across.
How do we avoid unpredictable AI costs?
