Integral by MeteorIT

The AI assistant that knows your business.

Plain-language questions. Answers with citations. Automations that show you the draft before they run — across the systems you already use.

The problem

Generic AI cannot see your business.

Public models see the internet. They don’t see your contracts, price lists, tickets or procedures — so every answer stays general. Integral is connected to your actual data, and it cites its sources.

Scattered data

Six tools that don’t talk to each other. One simple answer means opening all of them.

Hand-built reports

The same numbers pulled, formatted and sent by hand — every week, by the same person.

Knowledge silos

Decisions live in heads, inboxes and one-off spreadsheets. When someone leaves, they go too.

Blind models

Nothing internal is in view, so nothing internal can be answered.

What Integral does

Ask. Automate. Schedule.

Ask

Cited answers

Ask in plain language. Integral searches your connected systems and returns the answer with its sources attached — not a guess from training data.

Automate

Draft before execution

Before any workflow runs, you see exactly what it intends to do, and confirm it. You stay in control of every action.

Schedule

Reports that arrive

Define what you need to know and when. It arrives on schedule, without anyone pulling data by hand.

Security & control

Your data stays where it is.

This is the part most platforms get wrong. Integral is built around access control and data minimisation — not around harvesting and centralising your business data.

Granular access

Down to the user and the data source. Finance sees finance. Nothing bleeds across.

Queried in place

No copying, aggregating or storing your business data on our infrastructure.

On-prem agent

For systems that must not be internet-exposed. Data never leaves your network.

Spending caps

Per user, per team or company-wide token budgets. No surprise bills.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What is Integral?
Integral is the platform MeteorIT deploys when a diagnosis calls for one. It answers plain-language questions using your connected systems and returns answers with source citations, runs automated workflows that show you a draft and ask for confirmation before executing, generates scheduled reports, and enforces role-based access control across everything it touches.
How is Integral different from ChatGPT or another general assistant?
Public models see the internet. They do not see your contracts, your price lists, your tickets, or your internal procedures. Integral is connected to your actual data and cites its sources, so an answer can be checked rather than trusted.
Does our business data get copied onto MeteorIT infrastructure?
No. Integral queries your data in place. It does not copy, aggregate, or store your business data on MeteorIT infrastructure. For systems that cannot or should not be internet-exposed, an on-premises agent handles the connection so the data never leaves your network.
Can we control who sees what?
Yes. Permissions are granular down to the individual user and data source, by role, user and department. Finance sees finance data, support sees support data, and nothing bleeds across.
How do we avoid unpredictable AI costs?
Set per-user, per-team, or company-wide token budgets. Spending caps mean no surprise AI bills at the end of the month.
Which AI models does Integral run on?
Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or a local / on-premises model. Integral connects to tools including Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Freshdesk, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, S3 / MinIO, Airtable, and custom or regional ERPs.
