A short, fixed-scope engagement with a single well-defined output: the right tool selected, built, and handed over. No sprawling scope, no open-ended engagement. You know what needs to be built. We build it.
For organisations that have gone live and want to keep it working. Includes a monthly strategy call, an AI landscape brief flagging relevant new tools and changes, minor system adjustments capped at four hours per month, priority async support, and a quarterly system health check. Does not cover new builds, new integrations, or staff training beyond initial onboarding.

You already have a subscription with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or another major provider — or you are not sure which one fits you best and want guidance before committing. We advise on the right model for your use case, build your automation on top of it, and train your team on how to use what we have built. No new vendor to manage, no new infrastructure to run. The system lives inside the tools your team already pays for and already knows how to use.
Our hosted platform, configured to your specifications. You choose which AI model runs underneath it — Integral supports all major providers. You remain responsible for your own tokens. Everything else lives on our cloud: the configuration, the integrations, the infrastructure. A platform subscription is required for this option. The Monthly Retainer is available on top of it, but that part stays your call.
We design and build the system. After handoff, it lives entirely on your infrastructure — your servers, your environment, your control. No subscription of any kind required. If you want ongoing support after go-live, the Monthly Retainer is there. If not, it is a clean handoff and you own it outright.
