Where should we start if we do not know where our problem is?
Start with Diagnose, a 2–3 week fixed-scope engagement. It covers structured interviews with your full team, end-to-end workflow mapping, and systems and data-flow analysis. Every inefficiency is tied to a specific person, a time estimate, and a business impact. You get a workflow map, a systems map, and the top three to five automation opportunities with estimated return on investment. No further commitment is required afterwards.
What is the fastest way to see AI working on our own data?
The Pilot: six weeks, fixed scope. It runs the whole 3D loop on one process — a Diagnostic first, then Design and Delivery of the single opportunity with the biggest effect. It is measured against a success criterion written down together before the work starts. If that criterion is missed, the design and delivery fee is returned in full.
We already know what we need built. Can you skip the diagnosis?
Yes. The Deliver Sprint is a 2–4 week fixed-scope engagement for organisations that have already completed Diagnose and Design — with MeteorIT or elsewhere — and have one or two specific automations ready to build. One well-defined output: the right tool selected, built, and handed over.
What happens after the build is finished?
Your choice. MeteorIT hands off cleanly, or stays on as your AI operations team. Where the system runs afterwards is also your decision: through the AI tools you already subscribe to, on the Integral platform, or another arrangement that suits your infrastructure. An optional Monthly Retainer keeps MeteorIT on call with a monthly strategy call, minor adjustments, and priority support.
Does MeteorIT only work with large companies?
No. MeteorIT works with businesses of every size, from family businesses to enterprise. It is an AI deployment and advisory firm rather than a software vendor — it does not sell off-the-shelf licences or generic platforms.
